Bank Holiday Weekend Day 3

Well the last day of the bank holiday was very cold in the morning and the sun only just started to break through as we left at 1pm. But the day was good got some reasonable shots with the 350D and twin set lenses so i was a bit disappointed with the sharpness. Even said that the bike are probably traveling at approx 80-100mph.

Bank Holiday Weekend Day 2

Well Day 2 we spent 7hrs driving from Falmouth in Cornwall to Anglesey in North Wales It was 380 miles and took some going.

But it was all worth it as you can see from the view and the sights i found at the Anglesey Circuit. We went up here to meet up with Dee and Gav they were on a Track Day from Hottrax.

This was taken on the up there as we were going along the A5 through Wales.

This is one view from the edge of the race circuit wish i had got there a little earlier.

I found this bloke wondering around looking for his Bitch and he spent quite along time wondering around the naked mens tent and the Mens toilet! (Gav no one was even surprised you wore this and only this!!)

Bank Holiday Weekend Day 1

This weekend Sophie and me decided to Drive down to Cornwall and i went to Falmouth and stayed in the Greenbank Hotel, lovely hotel on the river bank but by the sea.

We went to Pendennis Castle, it is part of the english heritage (something i had the wise idea of joining earlier this year) so we are making the most of it.

Day out in Portsmouth & Southampton

I've been out today to Southampton and Portsmouth i have been to Porchester Castle and got some pictures as you can see below.

Polarising Effect 'Wicked'

I also bought from Jessops a Circular Polarising Filter, i have read in many magazines including the one i subscribe to Digital SLR Magazine that apart from protecting you lens with a UV or skylight filter the best filter to buy is a polarising filter.

I can now see why people say it as you can see from the two photos below the dramatic difference makes with and without the effect.

Bluewater Shopping

I went to Bluewater shopping yesterday and spent a couple of hundred pounds on clothes and camera stuff. I also went into the Gadget Shop an they had a real life sized Terminator from T2 i think.

Been Really Really Busy

Hi Everyone but i've been very busy over the past few weeks.

I have mainly been taking pictures for Mat from Grant and Stone Ltd.

I have just done a photo shoot of the new Grant and Stone Showroom in Maidenhead for press adverts.

They have just put a full page advert in the Maidenhead Advertiser using my photos.
